Required Skills:

Primary Responsibilities:
* Responsible for international telesales which involve communication with prospective clients & conveying information pertaining to services provided

* Should be able to communicate and speak to UK/US clients over the phone.

* Have excellent knowledge about tele-sales and tele-marketing.

* Excellent voice quality and previous telesales or marketing experience is preferred, should be able to achieve daily and weekly targets

* Provide on-the-job training for new employees.

* Generate ‘customer thank you’ letters.
