What Does iNVATERRA Do?
iNVATERRA is a Business Efficiency Solutions Provider. We have 3 core Services Offerings. Our first offering is our Virtual Assistant team. Clients utilize these services across ALL of their employees at every level to increase employee efficiency. Successful deployment of the Virtual Teams sometimes curtails the needs of clients to engage in contracting additional resources.

iNVATERRA also provides Solutions Development and Staff Augmentation services. We develop high end custom applications for our clients and also fulfill Just in Time staffing needs.

What Does iNVATERRA mean by their VAT Shared Services?
Virtual Assistant Team (VAT) Shared Services models combine common business functions into a single facility to allow our clients to take advantage of economies of scale, process efficiency and increased quality of service. The shared service model is proliferating and changing rapidly. Public sector operations are looking to shared service models to deliver savings while private sector organizations where shared service models have a longer history are evolving their models to deal with the rise of outsourcing and the growth of regulation.

What can these Virtual Teams offload to increase my efficiency level?
At iNVATERRA we go with the assumption that someone who is 100% Productive (meaning they work 8 hours a day 5 days a week) is at best 60%-70% efficient. The reason for this is that that is the time they get to spend on what they were hired to do. The remaining 30% is spent on redundant, repetitive, time consuming and remedial tasks. We will offload these tasks from you to ensure that that time of yours is being contributed to your core function and hence enabling you to increase your efficiency. Why do I need to sign on sets of resources and can I purchase hours instead of keeping them 100% committed?
When developing our business model we looked into this aspect deeply. Our resources are extremely cost efficient and to make this work with a variety of skill sets and levels that will comprise your teams it was necessary to keep the teams in groups of atleast 5. Since the service is deployed as a Shared Service, it enables our clients to manage which department needs how much work offloaded. There may be a case where IT has a lot of repetitive testing or data migration that needs to be done and there may be a case where Sales may interact with the teams to get research done as well as scrub presentations for multiple potential clients.

Clients will deploy the teams at 100% billable to encourage their employees to offload repetitive tasks as opposed to penalize them for utilizing more hours then the someone else. For this reason hours are not sold in groups.

Is my data secure?
At iNVATERRA client integrity and security is of the utmost importance to us. Our Development teams work closely with the clients ensuring ALL IP is protected and data is segregated from other clients by utilizing separate machines with no sharing of resources. Virtual Teams are segregated from other teams at ALL times. Our Project Managers are not only at Cost to us but are part of our Profit Sharing model and hence partners in the organization. They are key to ensuring attrition is controlled and that client satisfaction is guaranteed.

How do I coach my employees to understand what they can offload?
In the onset of our relationship with you we will conduct a Survey to identify for you some of the types of activities that you can offload. Once you are comfortable with the back and forth transaction of work our PM's will begin addressing areas that may also be offloaded to increase your efficiency.

The ONLY professional interaction our teams have outside of their segregated space is at the Resource Lead level. ALL RLs huddle and discuss types of work being offloaded by other clients and bring those suggestions back to you to potentially find additional areas where your utilization of our services can increase your efficiency.
