Khurram has over 11 years of experience in IT and Management Consulting and Sales for
clients in the Defense, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare and
Travel industries focusing on Enterprise-Wide Strategic ITO and BPO solutions. Khurram is
acutely familiar with the global IT service providers and industries of Asia, Europe and
the Americas after having successfully built and managed global operations in India,
Pakistan, Poland and North and South America. Khurram is intimately familiar with the
nuances of the different cultures brought together in an Outsourcing engagement and is regularly called on for
his diplomacy and dispute/issue resolution skills.
An entrepreneur at heart, previous to iNVATERRA Khurram was the founder and CEO of Sourcing Advisors, anOutsourcing Advisory Services provider. As the CEO of Sourcing Advisors, Khurram has helped companies and service providers by improving their outsourcing processes and creating go-to-market outsourcing strategies.
He delivered training solutions to their leaders on successful management of globally distributed projects and
helped his clients Outsource functions of their organizations through Multi-Million dollar deals to help save
costs and increase efficiencies.
Noman Aftab - Regional Chief Operating Officer
Noman Aftab is Chief Operating Officer of iNVATERRA, an innovator in Efficiency
Management and Information Technology Outsourcing. Aftab leads the companies dayto-
day Global Operations, is co-Architect of iNVATERRA’s long term market strategies
and oversees all Product Research and Development, Corporate Strategy and Corporate
and Product Marketing. Together with CEO Khurram Farooquie, Aftab aims to expand
iNVATERRA’s revolutionary Efficiency Management and Technology Deployment
Solutions and strengthen the company’s presence in key markets.
Noman has over 10 years of experience in Information Systems Analysis, Design,
Evaluation, Implementation and Strategic Planning of private and public corporations as
well as international funding agencies in the US, Pakistan and Afghanistan. His primary
focus during the large part of his career has been in Program Management of Enterprise-Wide IT
implementations and Social Research projects.
