Call Centre Agent

• Location: Karachi, Pakistan based
• 1+ Years preferred

Required Skills

• Excellent Command Over English
• Good Communication / Negotiation Skills
• Ability to use MS Excel and MS Word
• Must be comfortable in working in Evening shifts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for international telesales which involve communication with prospective clients & conveying information pertaining to services provided
• Should be able to communicate and speak to UK/US clients over the phone.
• Have excellent knowledge about tele-sales and tele-marketing.
• Excellent voice quality and previous telesales or marketing experience is preferred, should be able to achieve daily and weekly targets
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
• Generate ‘customer thank you’ letters.
• Other duties as assigned
